According to Jane’s, Israeli exports (by value) appear to be flat http://www.janes.com/article/59339/israel-reports-flat-defence-exports-for-2015
What is almost more interesting is IDF recent procurement, which has been extensively in heavy armour (as well as the fashionable F-35.) This may reflect fears of a return to a more conventional (state on state) warfighting – and would probably make an excellent post?!
