  1. And have we in the UK been aware of the extraordinary weather already occuring in the MENA region this summer? We’ve been aware of the US and Canada fires, the Greek fires, the heatwaves in France and other parts of Europe: first the News featured North Africa was the terrible Moroccan earthquake, and then, these terrible deadly floods in Libya… concerning piece, if those in charge continue to ignore the threats of climate change… (as other world leaders seem to also put this behind the needs for profit and in-fighting…)
